ADS maintains and operates this Site from its offices in Huntsville, Alabama. These Terms of Use and the use of the Site are governed and interpreted by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States of America. By using this Site you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Alabama for any action arising from these Terms of Use. Any cause of action or claim, which you may have with respect to this Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If any portion of these Terms of Use is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that part shall be deemed severable and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Such a term will not affect the validity, and enforceability of any remaining provisions. ADS’ failure to act with respect to a breach of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver and shall not limit ADS’ rights with respect to such breach or any subsequent breaches.

PRIVACY POLICY

The following is ADS’ Privacy Policy regarding any personal information that you may supply to us through this Site. Our goal is to protect your privacy and the information you submit to us through the Internet. ADS operates this Site from its offices in Huntsville, Alabama. All matters pertaining to this Site are governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Alabama, United States of America. By accessing this Site, you indicate your acceptance of this Privacy Policy (See Terms of Use).

Generally, we do not obtain any personally identifiable information about you unless you choose to reveal it to us. “Personally identifiable information” means information that would allow someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number or email address. The user agrees that ADS will be irreparably harmed should this provision be violated and such damages are unquantifiable. In the event of a violation of this provision, the user shall be liable to ADS for liquidated damages in the amount of $1,000 per violating event per day.
