The award winning Insta-Valve Plus has been redesigned based on requests from equipment owners and service providers for a higher pressure gate valve. New design features of the IVP 250 include:
- 2" diameter stainless steel valve stem for superior strength and reliability
- Interchangeable valve gate to accommodate most types of pipe
- Double O-ring seal
- True "wedge" style gate design
- New valve gate seal
- Thrust washers
- Paddle shields
- Loose stem nut design for easier operation and superior performance in severe conditions
Once installed, Insta-Valve Plus and IVP 250 operate with a standard valve key. This revolutionary valving system works with your existing Hydra-Stop equipment or as a stand-alone system. The new IVP 250 can now be installed using Hydra-Stop's newly designed 16" insertion equipment (250 psi).
Insertable Gate Valves from Hydra-Stop require only one cut, no reaming, and cause no excessive pipe strength loss.
