Line Stopping
The revolutionary Hydra-Stopper line stopping system eliminates costly and dangerous distribution system shut-downs. For water or gas, Hydra-Stopper significantly reduces labor, resulting in lower repair costs. Two workers, using this unique stopping system, can stop the flow in a repair area and replace components in less than half the time required for conventional methods, without customer outages.
Hydra-Stopper equipment is available for purchase from 3/4" to 20". Through Hydra-Stop Contract Services, Line Stops can be performed in 3/4" to 60" pipes.
