ADS LLC - Corporate Bios

ADS LLC has assembled an outstanding team of skilled, experienced professionals to lead our organization. Each team member is ideally suited to his/her discipline, and provides the company with a depth of expertise required to meet the demands of innovation, execution, and profitability necessary for sustaining long-term product solutions that bring high value to clients.
 
Hal Kimbrough, General Manager, ADS. Hal has over twenty-seven years of professional experience, eighteen of which have been with ADS.  He has held diverse positions at ADS including financial management, industrial engineering, quality, operations management, business development, and research and development. Hal is responsible for implementing new business initiatives in areas including international expansion, new product lines, and acquisitions. He holds advanced degrees in business and engineering and is a certified management accountant and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Joseph Goustin, Chief Financial Officer. Joe has over nineteen years of domestic and international financial management experience in electronics, aerospace and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining ADS, he served as Corporate Controller for Z/I Imaging Corporation and as Financial Operations Manager for AVEX Electronics. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Patrick Stevens, Vice President of Engineering. Pat has twenty years of experience with ADS and over forty years of regulatory, municipal and private sector experience in the field of wastewater and collection systems engineering. Pat has worked with numerous cities and engineering consultants to develop and deliver innovative flow monitoring programs for design, modeling, and rehabilitation of sanitary and combined sewers. Pat holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Purdue University. 

J. Garry Wood, Vice President of Sales, ADS Environmental Services. Garry is responsible for the ADS Environmental Services Sales Team. He has over thirty-five years of experience in civil engineering, project management, and business development for wastewater collection system flow monitoring. He is a recognized leader of this industry with direct involvement in hundreds of wastewater projects. He began his career with ADS in 1980 as one of the original sales leaders and is part of a core team that literally helped create the flow monitoring industry. Garry has his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Steve Jolley, P.E., Director of Operations. Steve has more than twenty-six years of professional experience, the last fourteen years with ADS. He presently manages the global operations activities for ADS' Environmental Services Division. Steve is responsible for the Division's P&L, overseeing project management, customer satisfaction, quality, and safety. Prior to his present assignment, he has served in numerous roles of increased responsibility including Project Engineer, Project Manager, District Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Manager. Before ADS, Steve worked for both large and small engineering and construction firms. He is a veteran of the US Army, having served in the Corps of Engineers for six years. Steve holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and an M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering, both from The University of Alabama. He is a registered Professional Engineer in seven states.

John Trofatter, General Manager of Accusonic Technologies. Having joined Accusonic in 2004, John previously spent thirteen years with Controlotron Corporation in a variety of roles including Vice President of Sales and Vice President of the General Industries Division. John has over thirty years of experience in the application of various flow measurement technologies in the power, water and wastewater industries. He is an active member of the Water Environment Federation and the American Water Works Association. He currently holds a position on AWWA's Rate Type Flowmeter Committee and is the WEF's Operation Challenge Chairperson. John is a past Section President and Delegate for the Instrumentations Systems & Automation Society (ISA) and a former lecturer in the Instrument Testing Association's (ITA) Flowmeter Workshop Series.
