ADS LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of Severn Trent Pipeline Services on July 31, 2006. The addition of Pipeline Services to the ADS family of products and services allows us to serve a broader market with water distribution. It also enables us to expand our current offerings to the wastewater market. We look forward to working with our new customers and integrating the people and products from two exceptional companies into one, in order to best serve our current and new customers.
