Using a Web browser, IntelliServe by ADS Environmental Services connects clients to an ADS flowmonitoring network that delivers real-time operational intelligence on the status of flow activity throughout your wastewater collection system.
"The real-time data we get from IntelliServe allows us to pinpoint where we are having problems. On the operations side it has been a real boom, enabling us to respond to lurking problems in our system before they become overflows. On the capital side we are always looking long term, 2, 5, 10 years out. The real-time and historical data in IntelliServe is easily accessible by all groups in our organization."
Pat Carroll, Deputy Director of Operations, City of Indianapolis

Simplify system management with IntelliServe. Features include:
Dynamic Alarming - IntelliServe utilizes MLI™ (Monitor Level Intelligence) to produce learned hydraulic flow patterns that spot flow anomalies with each sampling cycle. As necessary, MLI initiates a new firing sequence up to four times to confirm a new flow regime that may be developing.
Automated Data Collection and Warehousing - Flow data from a network of ADS flow monitors, rain gauges, and ADS analog input data loggers is collected nightly, seven days a week, by IntelliServe without any staff involvement. These data are available through the IntelliServe user interface. Data from 3rd party equipment can also be uploaded to IntelliServe for review. IntelliServe has built-in ad-hoc reports for capacity, surcharge, and other conditions unique to wastewater flow. All data stored in the warehouse can be exported to software programs such as Excel™.
Alarm Management - IntelliServe’s alarm management is designed to inform clients about the occurrence of rain events, flow performance abnormalities, and data anomalies at the flow monitoring locations. Monitors and rain gauges send alerts into the hosted IntelliServe system, which identifies rain, flow, and depth patterns that are outside each location’s preconfigured thresholds, and registers these anomalies as alarms. IntelliServe then initiates a client-customized alarm notification sequence. Rain data is combined with high depth identification to produce wet and dry weather-induced overflow alarm notification where needed.
Web-Based Interface - Each monitoring site’s information, data, and attachments are accessible via the web, using a rich set of features. This web interface also provides flexible graphs and reports which can be viewed simultaneously in separate windows.
System Security - The IntelliServe Data Center is managed by a supervisory team specializing in network security. The IntelliServe Data Center is comprised of multiple levels of physical, network and software security systems. The Data Center itself is protected through use of video surveillance, 24/7 physical site monitoring, and event alerting. Network devices and connectivity equipment are secured through both software and hardware-based firewalls along with state-of-the-art intrusion detection systems.
Data Sharing - IntelliServe allows clients the flexibility to customize the way in which they share data with others. Permission-based security allows clients to specify which users have authorization for alarm acknowledgement, data access, and other system settings. Data views can be controlled through location restrictions on a per user basis. IntelliServe provides functionality to customize exactly what kind of data each user has access to. Individual documents can be available to all users, or restricted, allowing selective sharing of information.
